In April 2024, LTS School of Dance celebrated our one year anniversary with a Silver Swan event! We were lucky enough to have the press attend as well as talk on the local radio. Here are the various links about our Silver Swan groups:

NEW Zumba Classes
LTS School of Dance is offering new Zumba classes from February 2026.
The Zumba® program is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating, and effective fitness program. Zumba® combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.

Silver Swans/Adult Ballet
LTS School of Dance is currently offering eleven Silver Swan Adult Ballet Classes across mid Suffolk.
In Silver Swans, we cover the foundations of ballet making it accessible for participants that have never danced before, or haven’t in a while! The movements are easily adaptable based on ability to make sure it is at the right level for each person. It’s a perfect way to improve mobility, posture, coordination and stamina. You will learn the classical ballet movements and terminology, dance to choreographed pieces, and listen to well know ballet scores. I ensure to create a positive, comfortable environment for participants so they have fun and feel relaxed!

Adult Tap
As of 2025, LTS School of Dance is starting adult tap classes. These classes are for beginners or those that haven’t tapped in a while! You do not even need tap shoes, you can dance in trainers. More tap classes will be available later in the year!
